I can’t think of a more delicious way to start off the new year than with this awesome homemade zucchini,mushroom and bococcini tart!
Made with Careme puff pastry and a lovely organic tomato passata base, topped with loads of organic veggies and locally made cheese, this tart simply screamed “Eat Me!” the moment it came out of the oven!
I can’t take any credit for this- this was one hundred percent created by The Dude (a.k.a hubby), who is still in midst of a baking frenzy!
Every bite of its flaky, buttery goodness was pure joy! Washed down with a refreshing cup of grapefruit juice, this was the perfect lunch for a hot summer’s day!
